Huerlimann Brewery

In 2009, the construction of a new hotel and a wellness bath started on the Hürlimann Areal in zurich. The hotel was built into the ancient walls of the former brewery. The bath with its large oak barrels revives the old vault in the cellar again. For five years we have accompanied the construction work cinematically.
